August 12- 14, 2005
We are back for out " 4th " time as an engaged couple!! Our favorite place! We engaged in great conversations pertaining to our future plans as a married couple. We enjoyed the peacefulness, walks, stars, comets, the shopping, and the excitement of two weddings here this weekend. We wish the couples well. Our blessings are with them and their futures.... We are so looking forward to our " 5th " time! Hopefully soon! Thank you so much!!

This is our 2nd visit to Van Buren #1, & we hope to make this an annual tradition in our marriage. Getting away from the city to focus on each other & on being still together is such a blessing. The snow is beautiful, & the cabin is cozy. We've had a wonderful time!

Had a wonderful stay here this time. The leaves changing & falling made for a relaxing stay. You guys have been our getaway spot at least 2-3 times a year for the past 7 years. keep up the good work.

8/24 - 8/26/05
This is our second stay. Last year we stayed at the Lincoln. We're planning which one we'd like for next year. We love the peace & quiet. The camp fires & smores. It was nice to meet Maggie & the big toad out by the fence post. We brought along our own pet toads & found a lot of insects for them! The hiking is always good! We enjoyed Rock Stull as much , if not more, than Ash & Old Mans Cave hiking and it's so close!
We also went into Chillicothe last night for Tecumseh! We've seen Blue Jacket every year, but this was our first time seeing Tecumseh! Cantwell Cliffs is also amazing.
